Moçâmedes-More than 50 exhibitors participate, this Thursday (April 2), in Moçâmedes, province of Namibe, at the Children's Literature Fair, as part of the celebrations of April 4, Peace Day and National Reconciliation.
It had the diversity of children's books and different handicrafts of 10 educational institutions, namely:
Our Lady of Fatima School Complex;
The Kuss II School;
The Dr. António Agostinho Neto School;
The Domingos Capeua School;
The attached school complex;
November 22 School;
Zeca Pioneer School;
The University of Namibe;
Emilio Ngongo College;
And the Provincial Library.
Speaking to Angop, the Director of the Provincial Culture and Tourism Office, Aurélio Ngulawa, said that the fair aims to encourage a taste for reading and promote the different literary works on display.
At the time, the guardian offered more than 70 children's books to the children present at the event, in order to encourage them to create the habit of reading and writing practice.
The Activities Program to mark April 4 also reserves lectures, cleaning campaigns, ecumenical worship, among others.FA/MCN
